Our Valve Testing, modification & Repair facilities are located in Atyrau & Tengiz regions making it very near to the giant Oil fields like Kashagan, Karachaganak and Tengizchevroil. RMS has all capabilities for repair, remanufacture and service of valves in line with the American Petroleum Institute (API). We offer a gamut of valve reconditioning and testing services both in situ as well as in the workshop.

RMS has further expanded its commitment to the valve testing, modification and repair services by including turnkey service; Complete Full shop level repairs and critical field repairs to removal and installation. Faulty & Leaking valves can lead to a variety of problems, overall inefficient plant operations, potential safety issues, and higher than expected Outage & Maintenance Costs. Replacing valves is expensive with long lead / delivery times. RMS’s full complement of services blends well with servicing / repairing your plants system valves. From on-site or shop machine services , ASME Sec. IX Weld repair and heat treatment full removal and installation with bolting and torqueing. Our repair techniques include the newest state of the art “In-Line” weld repair of valve seats thus avoiding the costly need for cutting your valve out of line from your system for the refurbishment of valve seats.

High Pressure Valves & Severe Service Valves, Turbine Inlet, Trip and Throttle & Non return Valves. Automatic Recirculation Valves, Gate, Globe, Ball, Control, Plug, Check, Boiler Non Return Valves, Butterfly, Electric / Pneumatic Actuators, Boiler Blowdown’s and even Pressure Vessel Site Glass reconditioning!!

Our shop is equipped with state of the art machining, welding, and pressure testing and non-destructive evaluation equipment. From X-ray radiography to CNC machining equipment, United Valve is vertically integrated to handle virtually any type of valve service in-house, with work performed by an experienced staff of technicians and craftsmen. RMS employs experienced valve service technicians that can diagnose and perform industrial valve repair of virtually all types and sizes including gate, globe, check & ball valves.


As part of our complete valve engineering package, we operate a state-of-the-art valve testing facility.

RMS also performs different types of valve modifications. We have five CNC machine tools as well as numerous manual machines which allows us to rapidly machine valve trim components of any size, out of any material.
